PrintStash is self-hosted software: your models, prints, and account data live in your own Docker containers, on your own disk, and never touch a server we run. The application ships with zero telemetry. Nothing phones home.

This website

The PrintStash project operates printstash.org on Cloudflare Workers and D1. The site has no analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising pixels. It sets the ps_lang cookie for one year to remember your language. Pages request the public GitHub API to show the repository star count, but no waitlist fields are sent to GitHub.

Cloud waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store your email, setup type, printer count, printer brand, signup time, and the privacy notice version you accepted. We use these details to run the waitlist, plan Cloud capacity, and email you about access. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

The optional metadata checkbox allows us to store your two-letter country code, primary browser language, broad device type, and the hostname of the site that referred you. We do not store precise location, the full referring URL, the raw user-agent string, or your IP address in the waitlist database.

Cloudflare handles your IP address to deliver the request. The Worker uses it transiently to limit abusive submissions. Our legitimate interest is keeping the public form available and preventing junk signups. The address is not added to the preregistration row.

Waitlist details and optional metadata rely on the consent you give in the form. We keep a row while the waitlist is active and follow-up is pending. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete it through GitHub Discussions. Do not post your email publicly. A maintainer will arrange a private reply. The metadata is not used to make automated decisions about you.

Self-hosted PrintStash

If you self-host PrintStash, what your instance sends or stores is under your control. Optional integrations (Spoolman, Moonraker, S3/R2 storage, webhook notifications) only talk to the endpoints you explicitly configure.
